These terms govern your access to and use of WOWTER’s products, services, and digital platforms.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
By engaging with WOWTER’s services, including but not limited to custom-branded bottled water marketing, digital QR-based solutions, WhatsApp-enabled e-commerce, and distribution services, you accept and agree to abide by these terms.
WOWTER reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
WOWTER offers flexible monthly subscription plans tailored for businesses looking to promote their brand through custom-labeled water bottles with QR codes. These plans include additional digital tools such as vCards, WhatsApp stores, and AI-powered distribution strategies. Each plan varies based on the number of bottles, distribution frequency, and premium features. Businesses can choose the plan that best suits their marketing goals and audience reach. Subscribers have the option to upgrade their plans before renewal. Customization requests beyond the standard offerings may incur additional charges. WOWTER ensures hassle-free setup with free design assistance, making the branding process smooth and efficient.
All subscription payments must be made 100% in advance through our secure online payment gateway. Late payments are not permitted, and if a subscription is not renewed before its expiry date, the service will be automatically discontinued without any grace period. Customers must ensure timely payments to avoid interruptions in bottle distribution and digital services. There are no refunds once a subscription is activated. Taxes and additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process. Special priority services or urgent modifications may be available at an extra cost.
WOWTER reserves the right to adjust pricing, introduce new plans, or modify existing features at its discretion.
All payments must be made through the available online payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash or offline payments will not be accepted. Subscribers will receive a payment confirmation and invoice via email or WhatsApp upon successful transaction completion. WOWTER is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to banking issues, and users must ensure their payment method is functional before initiating transactions.
Subscribers who wish to switch their payment method or billing details must update the information before the renewal date. Any payment discrepancies should be reported to WOWTER within 12 hours of transaction failure to avoid service interruptions. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in an immediate account suspension, and further services will only resume after resolving the issue.
Service Continuation & Cancellation
WOWTER operates on a strict no-credit policy, meaning all services will be paused immediately if a subscription is not renewed. Businesses must keep track of their renewal dates to maintain a continuous supply of branded bottles and access to digital marketing tools. Auto-renewal options are available for convenience, ensuring seamless service continuation without manual intervention.
If a subscriber chooses to discontinue the service, they must inform the WOWTER team before the next billing cycle. Once a plan expires, all related services, including vCards and WhatsApp stores, will be deactivated. Rejoining the service will require a fresh subscription, including setup and design approvals from the beginning.
At WOWTER, we provide fully customized water bottle labels that help businesses maximize their brand visibility. Each label is designed to feature the advertiser’s logo, brand message, QR code, and essential details, ensuring an engaging and impactful presence. Our in-house design team ensures that every label meets high-quality standards while complying with our advertising guidelines.
Once a design is submitted, it undergoes a strict approval process before printing and distribution. We prioritize accuracy, brand alignment, and market relevance to ensure every bottle label is an effective marketing tool. Any requested revisions must be made before final approval, as no changes will be entertained after printing begins.
Customers must ensure that all brand details, logos, and QR codes are correctly provided during submission. WOWTER is not responsible for any errors, misprints, or inaccurate details if the approval is given by the advertiser. It is the client’s responsibility to double-check and confirm all design elements before granting final approval.
Label Design Guidelines & Approval Process:
WOWTER follows a structured label approval process to ensure compliance with quality and branding standards. Once a subscription is confirmed, the WOWTER team will contact the client within 3 hours to collect all branding materials and details. The label is then designed based on the provided information, maintaining clarity, brand consistency, and QR code functionality.
The first draft of the label will be shared via WhatsApp for approval. Clients must review the design thoroughly and approve it within the stipulated time frame. If modifications are required, up to two minor revisions are allowed. Any additional revisions beyond the allowed limit may be chargeable.
Once the final design is approved, it is locked for printing and distribution. No further changes can be made at this stage. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their details, branding elements, and QR links are correct before approving the label. WOWTER does not offer reprints or refunds for errors that were approved by the client.
In case of any disputes regarding label design, WOWTER will refer to the latest approved version by the client. If the design process is delayed due to unresponsiveness from the client, WOWTER reserves the right to proceed with the last shared version or pause distribution until confirmation is received. Clients must respond promptly to avoid disruptions in their subscription benefits.
Branding Compliance & Restrictions:
WOWTER ensures that all branding on water bottle labels is ethical, appropriate, and within advertising guidelines. Any content that is misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of public policies will be rejected. Alcohol, tobacco, adult content, and politically sensitive promotions are strictly prohibited. All branding materials must be submitted in high resolution for clear and effective printing. Low-quality or distorted images will result in unclear labels, affecting marketing effectiveness. The advertiser must provide correct and verified QR codes, website links, and contact details to ensure seamless customer engagement.
WOWTER reserves the right to reject any label design that does not meet our branding policies. If a submitted design is rejected, the advertiser will be required to provide revised content. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in cancellation of the subscription without refund.
• The QR codes printed on WOWTER bottles will be linked to vCards, WhatsApp stores, or other digital pages provided by WOWTER’s services. • The client is responsible for maintaining the content linked to their QR codes. Any outdated, misleading, or non-functional content is the sole responsibility of the client. • WOWTER does not control third-party transactions or business activities conducted through the QR-enabled digital platforms. Any financial or business transactions resulting from QR scans are the sole responsibility of the client and their customers. • In case of a technical failure or QR-related issues, WOWTER will provide necessary support to restore functionality but is not liable for any direct or indirect business loss resulting from such failures.
• WOWTER handles the production, branding, and distribution of water bottles as per the subscription plan selected by the client. • Clients will receive WhatsApp updates on the distribution frequency and status of their branded bottles. • Bottle distribution locations and quantities are determined based on demand analysis, strategic placement, and WOWTER’s operational discretion. Clients cannot request custom locations unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate contract. • WOWTER ensures quality control in the bottle supply chain. However, it does not take responsibility for bottles damaged or misused post-delivery. • Bottles are intended strictly for promotional and marketing purposes. Clients are not allowed to resell, repurpose, or misuse them for unintended commercial activities.
• Once a client has approved the label design and the production process has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued. • Refunds will only be processed in cases where WOWTER fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal operational issues. • Subscription upgrades are permitted if the client wishes to scale up their marketing efforts. However, downgrades or mid-term cancellations are not allowed. • WOWTER reserves the right to terminate a client’s subscription without a refund if they are found violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or misusing the services.
All branding, QR-based marketing technology, bottle advertising models, website designs, and digital tools developed by WOWTER and Increeks Private Limited remain the sole intellectual property of the company.
Clients receive limited usage rights for their branded labels and QR-linked services but cannot copy, modify, distribute, or use WOWTER’s intellectual property beyond the agreed-upon terms. Any unauthorized attempt to replicate or resell WOWTER’s services, digital tools, or marketing strategies may result in legal action and termination of services.

In case of any dispute, WOWTER encourages amicable resolution through direct communication. The company reserves the right to take necessary actions, including termination of services, in cases of unresolved disputes.

The company does not claim any direct business outcomes from the usage of its QR-based digital services or bottle advertising solutions. • The effectiveness of branding, marketing, and QR-based engagements depends on various external factors, including customer interaction, digital presence, and market demand. WOWTER does not guarantee any specific sales, leads, or business conversions. • Water bottle distribution locations are selected based on strategic demand and feasibility. While WOWTER ensures optimal placement, the brand does not guarantee any fixed distribution locations unless explicitly agreed upon. • The bottled water provided by WOWTER is sourced from licensed suppliers and meets standard safety and hygiene regulations. However, WOWTER itself does not manufacture or process water. Any issues related to water quality should be directly addressed with the licensed supplier. • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their branding, QR content, and linked digital services comply with ethical advertising, regulatory guidelines, and fair business practices. WOWTER does not take responsibility for any misleading, false, or non-compliant content linked through its services. • All transactions made through QR-linked digital platforms are solely between the client and their customers. WOWTER does not handle financial transactions and is not liable for payment disputes, fraud, or service failures resulting from third-party interactions. • By subscribing to WOWTER services, clients agree that WOWTER and Increeks Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, marketing tools, or digital platforms.
